60-Minute Full Body Conditioning Workout with Extended Stretch | 10.9.2023

This 60-minute total body strength workout challenges your upper body, lower body, core and coordination abilities with 2 rounds of 1 minute challenges and 90-second finisher before rounding out with a 15-minute well-rounded stretch! There is a full bodyweight warm up to get you started and shoes are optional/recommended for the impactful work (which can always be modified to low impact if needed).

Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, a medicine ball (mine is 8 lbs), a kettlebell (mine is 20 lbs), and of course a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok! These movements can all be done using your bodyweight.
