On the eve of what would have been his father’s centennial birthday celebration, one not a serious option candidate takes some time to reflect not only on two cases now before the State Supreme Court, both seeking to compel Virginia Democrat prosecutors to simply convene a grand jury into prima facie cases of felonious conduct, one regarding the pandemic response implemented by the second-best public school division in the Commonwealth, and the other implicating the elderly incumbent in the most reliable Democrat Party congressional district in the Commonwealth in the offer of a bribe to an opposing candidate during the 2016 election to persuade him to withdraw from the race, but also to events a century and a half ago, in places 525 miles apart, one finding a group of Jesuits in New Jersey starting a college preparatory high school, while down in North Carolina, what was at least the son of a former slave erecting a church edifice that today stands on the National Historic Registry, the pedigree of a not a serious option candidate in the most progressive municipalities in the entire Commonwealth.

Your elected representative is called your elected representative for a reason; and Martin Luther King and Jesus never got elected.
