This Week’s Activity and Events:

This week we survived our first Waikiki Rough Water Swim. It was a memorable but very tough experience for us as we are not all that good at swimming. Needless to say, we are really happy we finished 😊

We’re going to start working zone 2 heart rate training into our routine much more often as see if it helps us to improve our overall fitness and marathon run times this year.
