If you see an ad for any diet claiming to be targeted over 40 or over 50 run away lol.

So what do you do? Find your calorie deficit and your macros and start tracking your food.
Eat natural foods, high in protein, & yes, enough carbs and fats too.
Most peoples macros are wrong for their body, and if you want a quick way to find your macros, say macros and I will send info to you. 🤗
