Stunt pilots show off their skills at aviation festival

Thousands of people gathered at the Sokol military airbase in Russia’s Perm on Saturday, for the annual Wings of Parma aviation festival. The crowds were treated to stunt displays from Russia’s world-renowned aerobatic display teams, who performed stomach-churning maneuvers above their heads, as well as impossibly precise formation flying.

Even more impressive than the view from the ground was the view from the planes’ wing cameras, which gave a first-person view of the various barrel rolls and loops. Props to the pilots for not losing their lunches during those moves.
