Boiled egg chutney:

Oil,
1/4 tsp fennel seeds,
1/4 large onion finely chopped and 3 green chillies chopped,
ginger and garlic,
seasonings: salt; black pepper; turmeric powder; garam masala,
1/4 teaspoon tomato paste and splash of water,
3 diced Roma tomatoes.
Add 3 hard boiled eggs sliced in half with slits on the back, face down, when tomatoes have been smashed.
Cover until oil separates.
Dhania to finish.
