Tapping to release stress and anger is an effective tool that you can either use through meditation, or in a discreet way when you are around other people to trigger acupressure points.

The purpose of Tapping Meditation for Calming Anger and Anxiety, is for you to establish the emotions that are bubbling beneath the surface and vent them out while tapping on different points of the body.

I take you through 5 rounds of tapping. Each round progresses from admitting to how you are feeling, releasing those emotions, and finding some relief at the end of the sequence.
