With a major realization about playing a beta, which isn't bad but explains a lot, we give ourselves one last task before taking a break from the Floof Floof Ranch 2.5. Yet again, we don't get anywhere with the story and think we might just have to take a break until we figure out what's going on. Having gathered all known treasure chests and resources known to slime-kind, we finally go about making some well needed upgrades and readying for a new adventure on yet another new island. Frosted Tip! That might be misconstrued, but oh well. We gotta explore a new area and learn of what other slimes and items we haven't found elsewhere. Having the mans to break into the bug bots, we go out and try to find as many as possible to learn basic maths and lore, only to realize we're just getting dumber with the non-informal messages found. After gearing up for us to handle the final set of Gordos (that we've found), we get a bunch of messages about garbage, except for Mochi. Mochi herself IS garbage, but she actually gives us a need to find more items to get a new upgrade, yet that's a bit of an issue... We now have to check EVERY bug-bot we've found and... With another adventure out into the wilds, we go to popping some pimples--I mean slimes. Their rewards for doing so don't give much, and leave many unanswered questions about their reproduction and mental status. However, one special Gordo won't be getting the same treatment, as they demand a much higher caliber of foods to be satisfied. Attempting to relax at the Fuzz Farm, we go around talking about gibber-gabbering nonsense as we clean out the pens and wonder why chakkenz seem to be trying to uprise against me, wanting to overthrow the slimy overlords. We also get to altering the butterfly slimes to better accommodate our needs of them not being big cry babies, by turning them into furry bandits. After a brief runaround with getting more items and slimes, trying to do things in the Floof Floof Ranch 2.7, we head out to get MORE slimes and also work on getting resources to upgrade! We also get to expand our range with some more containers and food processors, only having a slight setback of nearly getting stuck on a cliff and having to take a swim into tomorrow. We adjust the layout of our farm slightly to better accommodate our money makers, allowing us to better help with getting upgrades and also adding more corrals to get more money makers. That said, we take to heading out to gather resources and some slimes that are unknown to us. We also get a call from a gardener that doesn't really help us with our green thumb, only complaining that they can't handle one particular piece of food without having commonsense... After bringing back home what I thought was a simple statue, I find myself with more slimes than I should be legally allowed to exploit. We get a bit of insight on how these slimes came to be and get around to making special pens for them, while also handling ridiculous changing weather patterns and sliding down waterfalls to our temporary nappy times. While handling our poop collecting and shipping Fuzz Farm 2.7, we go about checking more of our surroundings, finding some Gordo's and attempting to get more food-like farmings, but just learn more slimes are available to capture. We open a new area up, only to find we can't properly explore it without some upgrades. Slime Rancher 2 is the sequel to the well-known Slime Rancher, involving a simple life of gathering new slime creatures to make a new live out on the far far range. This game takes place soon after the previous game's events, when we've settled into our new life, only to learn of more for us to adventure. A strange boat arrives with a letter from a mysterious stranger, which speaks of a new journey and new slimes that await us. A new slimy Adventure awaits! Though we had thought retired from our slimy ranching from the first Floof Floof Ranch, we find a strange note that tells of a new era. We go in search for more slimes and better stock exchanging with the poop plorts that the lively bouncy gelatinous creatures offer when fed.
