Force eviction from an olive tree

I have smoked the bees out a few times from this tree. The foam they used lasted a couple years before braking down and letting the bees back in. I smoked and used honey bee gone to get them out. They absconded so fast I couldn’t vacuum them all up fast enough. A swarm landed on the tree and I had to get my ladder to get them down.
