Mayonnaise:
1 whole egg
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp white wine vinegar
Salt
1 Tbsp cold water
225ml avocado oil
25ml Extra virgin olive oil

Chicken Salad:
500g Chicken (Roasted or poached)
100g-150g Mayo ( Depends on how creamy you want it)
50g Spring Onions
80g Onion
Salt
3 Pickles
50g peanuts
1 Tsp Oregano
Lemon juice
100g Bacon

Meal 1:
Chicken salad pasta:
200g Pasta of your choice ( I used Tagliatelle)
10g Parmesan grated
1/2 Tsp Oregano
Olive oil
1 Tsp garlic paste
Lemon slice

Meal 2:
Wrap:
1 Flour Tortilla
1 leaf Lettuce
1 Tbsp Spicy mayo
50g Cheese Mozzarella
10g Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Caramelised onions
3 slice bacon

Meal 3:
Cannelloni:
3 Lasagna sheets
2 Tbsp Red Pepper paste
Olive oil
120g Cheese Mozzarella
20g Parmesan grated
