Today I'm sharing my chinese inspired omelette with garlic mushroom sauce! This is one of the best mushroom omelettes I have ever had! This mushroom omelette is perfect for a quick meal. You can eat it as is or pair it with a side of rice.
RECIPE (2 servings)
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs (2 per omelette)
200g/0.5 lb mushrooms (button, cremini or portobella)
5-6 cloves garlic
3 scallions/spring onions
Cooking oil as needed
—Sauce—
1 tosp light/regular soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
