When I used to make this sweet and delicious bread, its fragrance would take me back to the time when my mother used to make these breads for me to take to school as a snack.
The aroma of this bread was so captivating that when I was making it, its scent would spread throughout the entire village. Komaj bread can be a perfect choice for breakfast or afternoon tea, especially with a freshly brewed cup of tea. I prepared this bread using the "Sartash Bontash" method, where heat is applied from both the top and bottom using charcoal.
