UConnect Display Screen Issues in my 2018 RAM 1500 Laramie {Deplorable Business Practices}

Roughly a year ago, Ken bought a 2018 RAM 1500 Laramie. As Ken put it, this is the nicest truck he has ever owned. Then, about a few months ago, Ken noticed some issues with the UConnect system. These intermittent issues would usually resolve themselves after an hour or so. Then, one day, the screen went totally dark. Ken found multiply "soft reset" and tricks to try to fix the issue. And, in this video, Ken will talk about these issues in greater detail.

However, when nothing worked, Ken had no other choice but to take his truck to the local dealership. Here Sandy Sansing Dodge Jeep Chrysler Ram promised Ken they'd print him out the specific issues wrong with his vehicle. Spoiler alert...they didn't.
