Demonic powers revealed!

In the biblical text, did the writers intended us to believe that Moses used supernatural powers to literally divide sea water? Or was that a demonic interpretation for subsequent generation to believe a damn lie?
And if this is a lie, what was its purpose?

Simply, to hold people hostage to themselves or to be perpetual Lord's over God's heritage.

Did the writers intended to mislead the people of their time as we assumed? Or was this subsequent misinterpretation to keep people captive to their lie?

Well, the truth has revealed itself and it has always revealed itself...
Didn't we all know that there is (at least from i know myself) a war for men's belief?
