IMF approves more money for Ukraine (it could as well burn it)

IMF approved $2.2 billion in additional funding for Ukraine under its existing loan program. However, one of the terms dictates that the country should step up its fight against corruption, since concern has been growing over reports of officials pocketing millions of Western aid dollars.

Does the IMF really believe in possibility of ending corruption in Ukraine?
