When I woke up, I craved a delicious Gilani breakfast, so I got to work and made it. The dish is called "Panir Bereshteh," and it's very quick and easy to prepare. Panir Bereshteh is a type of omelet that can be served for any meal of the day, For example, it can be served as breakfast or alongside other dishes like Sabzi Polo with Fish.
When the cheese and butter are frying, as soon as you add the dried dill and eggs to them, the house fills with the delightful aroma of Panir Bereshteh.
