Today was one of those days where my body decided to remind me that I’m a Wounded Veteran. I’m usually in some low level of pain every day but some days are a LOT worse. Pain is like instability. It can significantly reduce force production so my wattage was all over the place on this one. It ended up being a slightly better session than yesterday’s 30k but because of the wattage fluctuations the fatigue cost was MUCH higher. No lifting for me after this one

Post-Conditioning I did my 100x Toes to Bar first then 100x Back Extensions on the Hammer Strength 45 degree model. After this I shut it down
