Georgian parliament’s anti-gay bills instill fear in activists

Georgia's parliament on Thursday (June 27) gave its initial approval to a set of bills containing sweeping curbs on LGBTQ+ rights, including bans on the "propaganda" of same-sex relationships and gender reassignment surgery. The director of Tbilisi Pride said “it feels quite scary.” Emma Jehle has more.
