UN concerns about anti-LGBT legislation are extremely hypocritical and unwelcome – Ghanaian MP

A UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has condemned passage of an anti-LGBTQ bill in Ghana, that imposes criminal sanctions against the community. The bill, first introduced in 2021, would punish those who take part in LGBTQ sexual acts, as well as those who promote LGBTQ+ rights with time in prison.
