Desperate Palestinians clamor for aid

A video has been published online of what appears to be people in Gaza desperately swarming a humanitarian aid truck in an attempt to get food and other supplies.

The video comes as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza worsens, exacerbated by the inability of many agencies to deliver their aid safely. Reports of severe and widespread hunger are increasing, as Israel’s war in Gaza has largely cut off supplies of food, medicine and other necessities.
