There is no perfect plan, you don’t have to follow a certain mix of reps, sets or exercises, and you don’t even need to cut out your favorite foods for foods you don’t even like!
I truly believe the key is about consistency! If you stay disciplined to your program, trust in the process and remain patient you will be successful!
