EU ups tariffs on Ukrainian food imports despite pledges of aid to Kiev

The EU is set to further reduce its food imports from Ukraine, despite continuous pledges of support for the country. The bloc has introduced new tariffs on a range of products to protect its own domestic output. RT contributor Rachel Marsden reports.
