Disney VP reveals ‘no way we’re hiring a white male’

Controversial candid camera connoisseur James O’ Keefe has found yet another thirsty bigwig willing to tell all to an undercover reporter, this time, a Disney senior vice president. Michael Giordano is (or maybe, by the time you’re reading this, was) a senior vice president and team lead at 20th Television (formerly part of Fox), and he alleged that he has been continually passed over for promotion because he’s white. This practice, which is apparently directed by the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) department, applied to executives, and creatives alike.
