Every day bread and Tomato dipping sauce

You CAN eat carbs and lose fat !!! You just need to know how much you can have and still lose .

When we make food from scratch we control what goes in the food.

This is a very easy everyday bread . You can even make it in a loaf pan but I prefer free form .

Straight dough

1 pkg active dry yeast or instant yeast (.25oz)

1 3/4c (400ml) warm water

Add 2c unbleached flour
And mix by hand

Add 2 additional cups of flour
2 t kosher salt
1 T extra virgin olive oil

Mix until it starts to pull together then knead until smooth ball forms .
Cover and let rise until doubled . Divide , form and rise loaves . Score bread with knife and bake 400 approx 20 minutes until internal temp is 200 degrees .

For the sauce : cherry tomatoes , olive oil , garlic, salt and Italian spice , fresh hers and peppers . Bake in a pot while bread is baking . Remove same time as bread . Pure in blender and dip bread in . 🤤
