Vanilla-Berry Protein Cake
If you want to lose fat but still want to dessert this is for you . It’s quick, full of protein and delicious. Try different combos !
The basic recipe
1 banana
1 egg
1 scoop protein powder
Mix
Optional Adds fresh /frozen berries , nuts , chocolate chips , unsweetened coconut, chopped apple , cinnamon , nutmeg , etc.
Microwave for 1.5 min and add extra 30 seconds until the center is set . Alternatively, you can bake in the oven 350 for 20 minutes.
Macros : protein :25 g, carbs 47g, Fat 7g
