Crunchy , Healthy chicken tenders

Let’s make these delicious crunchy , healthy chicken fingers !

1 4oz chicken breast or chicken tenders, cut
1 T whole Greek yogurt (no sugar)
Season salt

70g cornflakes , ground
1 Parmesan cheese .

Combine chicken , Greek yogurt and seasoning.

In a separate plate put the cornflakes , cheese and seasoning .

With tongs dredge the chicken coated in yogurt into cornflake mix

Air fry 400 for 15 minutes . Moist and crunchy ! Best eaten hot 🥵
