High Protein Crepes

You can still have dessert and lose weight . As a former Pastry Chef and bakery owner I still have a sweet tooth !

Protein Crepes

1c Protein Pancake mix
1 1/2 c almond milk , unsweetened
1 egg
1 T melted butter or olive oil

Whisk together and heat a skillet or electric griddle until 350 degrees . Pour and spread batter until very thin. When edges start to curl flip .

Can be filled with anything ! I used unsweetened berries that had been cooked down and unsweetened peanut butter for a twist on peanut butter and jelly . Topped with coconut whipped cream . It is healthy dessert , breakfast or snack with 14 g of protein per 2 crepes + filling .

Try it with a salad wrapped inside . So good !
