Poker, but an RPG allowing others to cheat.

Never did I think a RPG Poker Game would be my favorite game this year. The story of @heartfrog5941 though reminds me a lot of @kbojisoft2461 . Both have released 1 game in their career, both has similar graphics in their games, both have minimal fanbase (subscriber count and X following being less than 1,000), and both basically stopped updating their channels after their first game. However, unlike @kbojisoft2461 who went private after Atlas Wept, @heartfrog5941 continued posting on X, and Atlas Wept also hasn't updated to this day while Dance of Cards has been getting updates ever since its been published. If you want to play Dance of Cards, it is the first link in the description.

*Spoilers if you read any further.*

Alright, so I love poker games, you could tell based on my current uploads. I usually like poker games due to the mental thinking and probability. You would know if you pay attention to poker probability that every deck has 52 cards excluding jokers, thus you would have a 1/52 or a 1.9% to get a cards. Dance of Cards though implemented a luck system. I don't like luck systems in poker games, this is no exception. Although I never found the game hard, I just find luck systems in a money management game like this just terrible. Then the talents made me reconsider. Every character felt unique and had counters with exceptions to Martin. Martin is obviously the skilled player so it would be expected for him not to be countered by anyone. Another system I loved was the stress system, where the players do certain tasks make themselves stressed overtime. As a passive player personally, to see I got Martin who wont get stressed by betting definitely forced me to change my playstyle. What I didn't like about the stress system is where you can lose chips on a call. That was stupid, revealing a card made sense though.

Now the story, I didn't expect the whole situation they had found themselves in even though I read the description of the game. The build up of the whole crew turning on each other and eliminating each other on death gambles made sense to me throughout the story. Then was the interesting story of the save states/ Memory cards. To think those cards I was using to cheat death actually were lore. It all built up to the ending boss where you have one chance, similar to OneShot although in that you literally can't save. The ending was interesting, I wanted to keep as many of the crew I had alive, to then see them get shot felt very hard knowing I can't backtrack. Until the end of the boss. The phrase, "I'm still alive. The captain is dead. Where is everyone else?" said by Martin tells me that Martin was going to be the sole survivor. This I expected since I am thinking all plot points lead to the same ending, just who dies are what changes. The last plot I wonder is, "does Martin keep the Memory Cards?" I suspect yes because he still has the magic deck, but I am unsure.

Graphics: 5/5 I compared it to Earthbound, but even then the Pixel art style feels simple, yet so much better than if it was rendered in 3d.
Playability: 5/5 I played with controller and it felt super responsive and never lagged like other poker games would.
Music: 5/5 I always think a jazz atmosphere would be the best music for a poker game. Then I heard the upbeat, dark, fast paced, and soothing music by the game made this whole game feel the more best
Difficulty: 5/5 It was perfect level of difficulty that felt rewarding yet you had to build up to actually achieve that, Unlike skill based matchmaking games like Apex out currently.
Personal: 5/5 I love poker, to think they were able to make a game like this so unique and yet so passionate at the same time felt so cool.

Please suggest games for me and I will do my best to post a Full Gameplay of them as early as possible. I will comment if I can not on your comment.
