Now They're Talking 'CheapFakes'?

Videos exposing President Joe Biden’s age, gaffes, and recent awkwardness in public are “cheap fakes” and published in “bad faith,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed Monday.

During the first press conference in about three weeks, reporters asked Jean-Pierre if the White House was “worried” about Biden’s curious behavior that “appears to be a pattern.”

CNN issued several controversial presidential debate rules over the weekend that will govern the encounter between former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden on June 27.

The new rules come after Trump said in March he would debate Biden anywhere, anytime, and anyplace, putting pressure on Biden to participate in the event.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and a host of other Republican states filed a lawsuit Sunday disputing the legality of special counsel Jack Smith’s effort to obtain a gag order on former President Donald Trump in his classified documents case.

The federal case is taking place in Florida, arguing the former president illegally mishandled classified documents at his estate. The case’s publicity blew open with a raid of Mar-a-Lago in 2022.
