Putin Deploys S-500 Defence System That Responds In 4 Seconds | Counter To Kyiv’s Western Missiles?

Russia-Ukraine War: Russia has reportedly deployed a powerful air defense system amid the ongoing war in Ukraine.

The S-500 system, which has never been used before, has a response time of 4 seconds.The S-500, also called ‘Prometheus’, has reportedly been deployed to protect the Kerch Bridge.

The experimental air defense system is capable of firing anti-ballistic and anti-satellite missiles. The deployment comes as several S-300 and S-400 systems were hit by Ukraine using ATACMS.
