Some clips of the many deer that roam the downtown area of Cranbrook bc in the east Kootenay, never before have a seen so many deer in such a urban area you can find them in just about any part of the town. Very cute animals but also very dangerous if there distance is not respected.

Update on the mount morro wildfire in the Top of the world provincial Park in the east Kootenay region of British Columbia Canada. The fire started July 17th due to a lightning strike. As of August 1st the fire has grown to 11483 Hectares and the current update state's. Out of Control A wildfire that is spreading or it is anticipated to spread beyond the current perimeter, or control line.

Out of control wildfire in top of the world provincial Park located in the southern British Columbia east Kootenay area, fire is out of control with whiteswan lake residents evacuated.
