So a couple reasons for the choices; I hadn't used Hilbert or Cheren at all. I know people don't like the latter or hate him (Why that is, you'll have to play to understand). However, while I understand the hate (And to be honest, I don't like what happened), that doesn't change my opinion of Cheren in other Pokemon versions. That said, I stumbled onto the clip the audio used and it hit me who would be perfect for this.
