Apple -Sweet potato custard bake

Great fall breakfast !

1 Apple cut into chunks
1 sweet potato grated

Sauté in butter until soft

Whisk together 3 eggs and 1/2 c full fat coconut milk (unsweetened)

Salt, pepper and Apple pie seasoning

* optional add one chicken Apple spicy sausage cut up

Add sausage if using it and cook until slight color on it .

Pour over egg mixture and bake at 350 until there is no runny egg . Approx 10 min
