2B Mindset Breakfast Veggie Scramble

Hello , My name is Chris and I am a Beachbody Coach and 2B mindset mentor. I am also a trained Chef. I’m here to share simple recipes for those following 2B mindset or looking for healthier option .
Before each meal drink 16 oz of water

For the scramble :
Heat pan with 1/2 t grass fed butter, coconut oil or olive oil
Sauté cauliflower rice until just turning brown (or you can use leftover like I did) . Add any other veggies you like , peppers , mushrooms , onions etc when vegetables are cooked through and herbs and cheese (sparingly) salt and pepper . Add in 2 eggs or 5 egg whites . Cook until eggs are no longer wet and everything looks creamy .
