Well, that hasn’t happened in a while. Without getting into it, this East Coast trip was… systemically VERY stressful. Yesterday’s 6lb jump and subsequent drop in weight was indicative of this

At any rate, standards exist to keep you honest and this was a temporary step backwards. After my trip back, I’ll have several weeks to catchup with and exceed my previous standards

A “fail” is acceptable. A, “I just didn’t train at all” is not. Consistency is one of my powers after all
