There is not a two-tier justice system. You are free today, right now, and don't even know it. How many have actually read the Declaration of Independence?

Look at the opening paragraph:

"When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."

What is on X?

The opinions of mankind declaring the causes which impel them to the separation.

The people have had enough.

But the people sit on their assess and do NOTHING.

The people lack the knowledge as to how Washington DC works, but also their own local governments.

Who owns the courts?

Who owns the tax offices?

Who owns the prisons?

Ever ask yourself this?

Who owns these CORPORATIONS?
Somebody does!
Individuals own them.
Ever think about that?

What if your local legislature owned the tax assessors's office? Because we know at least on that does.

What is LIBERTY?

The freedom of movement, locomotion, speech, economic activity, security, and the common law. I'm just getting started. There's so much more.

Let's look at that.

It's ALWAYS via your consent.

Rules, codes, statutes, ordinances are not laws.

The Supreme Court has ruled they are by-laws....of corporations.

So unless you are employed by such, they do not apply to you.

Stop fighting this and start asking questions to learn!

Read that again.

How are we going to do that?

By standing up to the MECHANISMS currently in place that make YOU BELIEVE that you have to answer to THEM!

How are you not freaking as excited as can be that you hold this power!!??

You have it already, right now, today.

So what are these "MECHANISMS"?

Well, they, the government perceive that when you use and contract under these mechanisms, you have given them authority and jurisdiction over you, but that is not true, it's just a more difficult battle.

Your rights are INALIENABLE.
(unalienable & inalienable are same)

You can't waive them without full disclosure, which never exists, so that's fraud.

Fraud vitiates EVERYTHING.

EVERY CONTRACT BECOMES VOID.

So what are these "mechanisms"?

Signing a state birth certificate for your newborn child.

That's a mechanism DCFS perceives gives them authority over kidnapping your biological property.

These are facts. We've seen them. We've fought them. We've won against them.

Doctors.

Doctors are used to be sure you are intimidated to vaccinate your children. Sign this. Confess that.

Public school.

We all know how that's working out.

Pure indoctrination.

Say good bye to your normal child.

Do you know that by enrolling them, you're turning them over and losing authority over your children?

Read the fine print.

Then as teen, the highly coveted DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Another mechanism.

You apply for this and give up your right to travel, and agree that you are operating a motor vehicle in commerce so the rules, codes, and statutes of the Department of Motor Vehicles controls your LOCOMOTION!

Yep that's the lawful word. Locomotion.

Don't impede MY locomotion!

Do you know that you can consent to your teen to drive without a driver's license?

Their competency is up to your discretion.
Then at 18 they can drive as adults.
No license necessary.
Don't put them in the system.

Marriage license.

The marriage license enjoins you with the state, so that they become the trustee of your marriage legally, and that's why you have to go to court when there's trouble.

Does any of that resemble liberty to you?

Because there are no laws that you have to do any of these state regulated activities.

You have a right to travel in the private, conduct private economic activity, educate your children in your own value system, marry without the state, open a business without a state license, state LLC, etc.

You are literally turning over everything you own from that union, to the state via your consent.

Registering your private property like your autos, boats, homes, land, etc.

You literally are donating your possessions TO THE STATE to tax you!

Are you intending to do that? No.

Because there are no laws that you have to do any of that either.

You have a right to allodial title. Pure ownership.

Because the time is here to start asking yourself these questions.

And hiring an "attorney". Do you have any idea what you give up by signing that contract? Literally everything.

You are hiring a trained liar who will make a deal to give up your liberty who will walk you right into jail.

Hire them for corporate business contracts, but never when your liberty is at stake.

What gives one man authority over another?
