After six years of learning by trial and error, from YouTube tutorials, I’ve realized that it only takes a few minutes and the right information to get started with breaststroke. In my case a modified version of it with I call the “Lazy Man’s Breaststroke”. I enjoy this style of swimming whenever I don’t feel like pushing hard or want to relax in the water rather than working out.
