Some parties chipped away from us, but we’re ready to resolve all problems – ANC official

As the vote counting concludes in South Africa, President Ramaphosa's ruling party, the ANC, has lost its majority in parliament and will need to form a coalition to govern. We hear from Obed Bapela, Deputy Chair of the ANC International Relations Sub-Committee, who says that despite some parties chipping away at their votes, the ANC is committed to resolving all the issues highlighted by the voters.
