Disappearances in Mexico: A wave of kidnappings in Zacatecas

Mexicans go to the polls on Sunday to elect more than 20,000 elected officials, including a President. One of the most daunting challenges that the winner will face is the wave of kidnappings, that is spreading fear throughout the country.
