"I was stuck in traffic for some couple of hours. And I wanted to make some people smile after a long day at work being stuck in Houston traffic. And I had noticed this guy wanting to cut in front of people but no one was letting him go by. So he got next to me so I decided to record and make it fun for him to earn his right to cut in front of me." he says. What an incredible idea!
