Kiev wants permission from West to strike deep inside Russia

The debate surrounding Kiev's possible use of Western arms to strike deep into Russian territories is not dying down.

So far, 11 countries have given Ukraine the go-ahead to use their weapons for such attacks. Russia has cautioned against dragging the conflict in that direction.
