The Ultimate Mexican Pizza: This Chicken Enchilada Pizza is amazing

I know that title sounds crazy but bear with me for a minute. Traditional pizza is wonderful but going off script can be really rewarding when it comes to pizza. Chicken on pizza is not new. Non tomato sauces are not new. Hot sauce on pizza is not taboo. Add all those together and you get to a pretty magical place. Chicken Enchilada Pizza. Enjoy!

3-2-1 Pizza Dough Recipe
300g Bread flour
200g Luke Warm Water
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Olive Oil

Salsa Verde Recipe
1 lb. Tomatillos, cooked
2 Poblano Chiles, deseeded and skins roasted off
1 to 2 Jalapeño Pepper, deseeded and skins roasted off
1 White Onion, rough chopped
3 cloves Garlic, smashed
Juice of 1 lime
Small handful of Cilantro
1 to 3 tsp of Kosher or Sea Salt
1 to 2 tsp Honey (optional)
