This is an 8 exercise strength circuit. This video is a total of four minutes which is one round of your workout. Your first round will be your warm-up round, using bodyweight or lightweights then you will repeat 3 more times to complete your workout. You choose your weights, your tempo and your challenge. You can workout with this at home or you can take this with you to the gym.
