Jack Deere Speaks Out on Paul Cain and Ihopkc Prophetic History. Jack Deere a senior leader in the Charismatic movement goes into great detail about the Kansas City Prophets especially on Paul Cain who is the central figure in ihopkc prophetic history. Jack Deere was a very close friend of Paul Cain and they ministered together with John Wimber in the Vineyard movement. Paul Cain was so deceptive that he was able to get him to break away from his spiritual father John Wimber for him. Jack Deere begins to see the the dark side of Paul Cain and comes to his senses. Paul Cain ends up getting exposed for longtime drunkenness, homosexual lifestyle and spiritual abuse. So Mike Bickle, Rick Joyner and Jack Deere release a public statement about all this because Paul Cain would not repent. Jack Deere decides to write a chapter in his book on Paul Cain dark history and Mike Bickle ihopkc tries to talk him out of it. Jack decides to write the book anyway. Jack Deere states that there was no evidence at all that Paul Cain ever repented and felt remorseful for his sins. RT Kendall states that he died in isolation with a very dark cloud over his life. We want to show compassion and forgiveness to people. But if they will not repent and turn from their sin. We should not let people like this back into ministry or personal relationship.
