Making your own homemade jams and jellies is special. 🍓

When you can make your own fresh sauces, juices, jams, jellies, etc., you reduce the aldehyde load on your body.

Aldehydes are present in fermented and preserved foods.

Your body prioritizes clearing them, because they really shouldn't sit around.

This means that your body is not detoxing things like heavy metals and other toxins as efficiently.

So if you can keep your aldehyde load low through bringing in fresh jams, jellies, sauces, and juices... then you're really going to help your body handle detoxing toxins more efficiently.

+ You have freedom with your sweeteners!

+ You can incorporate really high quality fruits that are in season or that fit with your diet better. You have so many options!

We really love homemade jams and jellies. ❤️

In Eat God's Way, we're all about getting back to basics... like homemade jams and jellies.

Simple methods. Simple tools. Simple whole foods. Simple goodness.
