In 2017 Tony Fauci Predicted a "Surprise Outbreak" During Trump Administration

Delivering a keynote address at Georgetown University on 10 January 2017, "Pandemic Preparedness in the Next Administration", Dr Tony Fauci - Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, stated unequivocally that he expected a "surprise outbreak". The only way of knowing an outbreak is about to take place, is if you are somehow involved in making it happen via biological warfare.

"... so many of the things that we are going to be dealing with in the coming years ... if there's one message that I want to leave with you today ... there is no question that there will be a challenge in the coming administration .... there will be a surprise outbreak".
