Deputy Tases Man and Violently Arrests Him and His Wife Before Being Fired... I Mean, Retiring

Deputy Patrick Rael of the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department pulled over Gregory Buchanan and his wife, Jalisa Dominguez, for speeding. Within the first 21 seconds, and without any apparent reason, the deputy tased Gregory and then violently arrested both him and his wife. This incident led to Deputy Rael being fired, but on the day he was to be terminated, he filed for retirement.
