Joe Biden segued into one of those whimsical stories of his during the Freedom Fund Dinner, hosted by the NAACP Detroit Branch, fondly reminiscing about the time he was vice president during the pandemic, and Barack Obama told him to go and fix all of Detroit’s problems, which of course he did.
