This exercise is great for stretching the Flexor digitorum superficialis, Flexor digitorum profundus, Flexor pollicis longus, and Flexor pollicis brevis. Secondary muscles involved include the Opponens pollicis, Opponens digiti minimi, and Palmar interossei.
