Good for a 25K but only with a lot of effort. I was behind after the first 10K struggling to push 427 Watts output. By the time my legs got going and I pushed it as high as 487 Watts or 6.9+ Watts/Kg it was too late to make that much a difference without extreme effort.

At that point I decided the fatigue cost for an extra 5K wasn’t worth it and I shut it down. That’s effort I can put towards the lift that follows.

With the bike in the rear view, I finished the Conditioning segment with my 100x daily Toes to Bar.
